We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team in the Eastlake area of Chula Vista. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on accounting experience while working in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Enter and maintain financial data accurately in accounting systems
• Reconcile invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents
• Support filing and organization of accounting records
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general administrative tasks
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Qualifications

• Some accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience preferred
• Students currently pursuing coursework in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field are encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred

• Bilingual in Japanese and English is a plus, but not required
